Where are we located and where to park?
Dr Floreani’s clinic is located on Hutt Street in Adelaide. We are open 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
There are free timed carparks along Hutt Street and side streets from 15 minutes up to 4 hours depending where you park.
There is a Free City Connector bus service that runs every 30 minutes from the city. 99A - City Anti-Clockwise Loop or 99C - City Clockwise Loop.

Audiology Report - If you are seeing Dr Floreani regarding your hearing you will need to organise a hearing test prior to your appointment as we do not offer audiology services on site
If you are seeing Dr Floreani for the first time or have not seen him since he has moved to his new rooms, we encourage you to complete our Patient Information Form/Health Questionnaire prior to your appointment, you can find it HERE. If you would prefer to complete this on the day, please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes early.
AI TRANSCRIPTION TECHNOLOGY
Dr Floreani uses AI technology to capture and transcribe your consultation. This information is treated with the upmost confidentiality in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and only accessible to authorized personnel in this practice.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting your ongoing care.
account payment
Full payment is required on the day of your consultation. We are a predominately no cash practice, however do accept cash payment if this is not possible, however we ask that you please ensure you bring the correct amount for your consult. Once full payment has been made, a claim will be lodged with Medicare on your behalf. Your rebate will be deposited into your nominated bank account with Medicare within 24 hours of the claim submission.

Cancellation policy
We appreciate that life happens and sometimes an appointment cannot be kept. We ask you provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation so that the allotted time can otherwise be filled. For extended (30 minute) appointments, we require at least 2 working days notice.
Failure to attend or give adequate notice of a cancellation will incur a cancellation fee.
